Senior Recruitment Consultant

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a target driven, sales focused professional to join Salix Recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, we are a specialist external recruitment agency placing talent in Finance, Audit, Risk, Tax, Assurance, IT, Data Analytics and Cyber Security within the market. This role is Centurion based and requires someone comfortable with being on site.

POSITION INFO:
This is an external recruitment sales role. You will win your own clients, fill your own briefs and bill against monthly targets. Your calls, meetings and placements are tracked, and your results are what count. This is not a role for someone who waits for work to arrive. We are looking for someone who picks up the phone, books the meeting, negotiates the terms and closes the deal, then delivers the placement and keeps the client. You will run a full 360 desk. Business development and Candidate delivery both sit with you, from the first cold call to the candidate's first day.

We are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual from B2B sales, external recruitment or a similar target-driven environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You take ownership of your work and your results, respond quickly to opportunities and challenges, and remain resilient when faced with rejection. You handle frustration well, staying calm and focused when a client pushes back or a candidate drops out. You are a confident problem solver who finds a way forward when things do not go according to plan, and you can hold a firm line on fees and offers without damaging the relationship.

If you thrive in a target-driven environment and have what it takes to deliver results, send your application to N
