Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in external recruitment, preferably within engineering, technical, manufacturing, or related sectors.

• Demonstrated track record of consistent billing and repeat business.

• Strong business development, networking, and client relationship management capability.

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles.

• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.

• Grow and expand the client portfolio.

Identify cross-selling opportunities in the current client base
Ability to establish long-term partnerships.

2. Recruitment Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

3. Candidate Engagement & Talent Mapping

• Build deep networks in engineering and technical communities.

• Conduct ongoing talent mapping for proactive delivery.

4. Market Intelligence

• Provide insights on sector trends, competitors, and salary benchmarks.

5. Contribution to Team Culture

• Collaborate with the team and support a high-performance culture.
