Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years'' experience in assembly line design, development and implementation
Electrical / Mechatronic / Technical Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in assembly
Electrical / Mechatronic trade tested with 10 years'' experience
Ability to use basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
PLC and Robot programming experience
Ultrasonic, Hotplate and Vibration Welding experience
Working knowledge of electro pneumatics equipment design
FMEA and Control plan experience

Key Performance Areas:

Lead the Process Engineers and assembly maintenance in planning, implementing and improving manufacturing processes and projects in order to support meeting the company''s manufacturing objectives and business objectives according to ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
Provide management with the information with which they can effectively manage the organisations resources and improve productivity and scrap rates within the areas of delegated responsibility
