SUMMARY:

Our client is known for providing services (digitally/online) to an internationally renowned sports betting brand.

You will be expected to have Advanced Excel Skills and superb experience in reconciliation / auditing of statements and payments.

This role will require accurate authorising of customer payments and detailed audits of the monies-out function. Additionally, you will assist with adhoc supervisory duties.

POSITION INFO:
Responsible for the release of all processed payments to clients by delegated processor deadlines each day.

You will be involved with:

Departmental policies and procedures when processing client payments.
Ensure all payments made are reconciled back to payment system and payment confirmations are correctly updated.
Monitor any pending payments and follow up with external 3rd parties.
Complete additional project tasks
Resolve any payment queries within the standard SLA for the department and ensure information provided is detailed and complete.
Identify areas for improvement in the payment process
Identify, escalate and resolve problems with external and internal payment systems.

Additionally:

Ensure proper audits are completed on all payment batch files before payments are released
Identify and communicate to management any possible risk and propose solutions to mitigate risk.
Complete audits on payments made daily and report findings to management.

Engage with Country Managers monthly to get insight on requirements needed on withdrawals

Help drive automation development and implementation for payment of withdrawals
Consistently monitor withdrawal training provided in Call center and payments team and provide insight and training material to ensure accurate and current withdrawal process training is being provided to agents both outside and inside the payments team
