A leading chemical company based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 5 – 8 years

Computer Packages: Pastel Partner or Xpress

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Switchboard
Reception
PA related duties for MD and Sales Manager
Keeping stock up-to-date and ordering of office supplies
Keeping control of Samples
Ordering
Stock control
Despatching to customers
Updating sample register
Metrofile
Shipping agent recons
Recon invoices back to suppliers’ statement and Pastel
Get shipping to sign off
Hand to accounts to pay
Transporters and third-party warehousing
Recon invoices on excel back to statement
Enter onto Pastel
File and hand to accounts to pay
New customer accounts
COD Customer processing
