Senior O2C Clerk

SUMMARY:
A leading international company is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Clerk. You'll manage end-to-end O2C processes across global entities, ensuring accurate billing, efficient collections, and consistent credit and cash application practices. This role is key to maintaining financial accuracy and driving process improvements.

POSITION INFO:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Sales Invoice and credit note generation and customer payment processing in compliance with M+C Saatchi policies and procedures.
Answering customer and business queries in a timely and effective manner.
Production of customer statements, aiding customers with statement reconciliation queries.
Collections activity to ensure timely collection of amounts owed in alignment with the operational business.
Posting and allocation of customer payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Setup, maintain and close client jobs.
An understanding of the compliance issues centred around transactional tax accounting.
Document processes during initial knowledge transfer using standard templates.
Perform process controls during transactional processing.
Maintain Vendor Master file records in line with business requests for new and existing suppliers.
Contribute to the wider centre, supporting other team members as needed to help ensure the continued success of our centre.
Contribute to the identification and deployment of continuous improvement opportunities to refine processes and controls.
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 or more years of expierence in a similar role
