SUMMARY:
Take responsibility for leading and managing a large, office-based sales team in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong team engagement while meeting ambitious revenue and productivity targets. You will be a strong people leader who can manage large teams, maintain structure through effective processes, and perform well under pressure while ensuring consistent sales delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Team Leadership
Operational management
Performance and process management
People and culture management
Stakeholder collaboration

Key requirements:

8+ years sales experience (call / contact centre experience preferred)
At least 5 years' experience in managing large sales teams within a high volume context
Proven experience in managing middle management and large employee groups
Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets consistently
Ability to work rotational shifts
