SUMMARY:
A well-established national law firm in Brooklyn, Pretoria, specialising in litigation and personal injury law, seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Secretary to support its medical department.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to directors and associates
Manage communication: screen calls, take messages, and relay urgent information
Type legal documents, affidavits, memos, opinions, and correspondence
Organise and prepare litigation bundles, briefs, and hospital records
Liaise with counsel, agents, and support departments (Accounts, IT, HR)
Attend to diary management, file opening, AJS updates, and FICA compliance
Handle cheque requisitions, receipts, and payment instructions
Support debtors’ management and disbursement planning
Provide overflow assistance and personal admin as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in litigation secretarial work, ideally in personal injury
High-level accuracy and fast typing skills
Strong organisational skills and professional communication abilities
