Senior L3 IT Engineer

We're looking for a Senior L3 IT Engineer who enjoys getting to the root of complex issues, improving client environments, automating repetitive tasks, and mentoring others.

POSITION INFO:

What You'll Need

• 5+ years' experience in IT engineering/support
• Proven MSP or multi-client environment experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a root cause approach
• Ability to work independently at an L3 level

Technical Skills

• Microsoft 365 & Azure (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access)
• Windows Server & cloud infrastructure
• Networking (Firewalls, VPNs, Routing, DNS)
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• RMM platforms, monitoring & automation
• PowerShell scripting
• End-to-end technical project delivery

Bonus

• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications
• ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA experience
• Security hardening and documentation standards
