A dynamic organization based in Midrand is looking to employ a Senior Internal Sales Representative with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric and relevant qualification
Valid Driver’s License and Own vehicle
5 years’ experience in Sales
Full time office based role
Customer services
Strong computer literacy
Excel Skills – Advanced (calculations, graphs, tables)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Product knowledge essential
Excellent telephone manner
Target driven
Strong numeracy skills and understanding of mark up and gross profit concepts and calculations
Must come the following industries: Steel, Pipes, tubes and Valves
Achieves sales growth and increased market share through targeted sales initiatives
generating revenue from existing customers
securing new business, and maintaining accurate sales documentation
Delivers a high standard of customer service by advising clients on product lines
resolving queries efficiently
Providing prompt and accurate feedback on order status lead times, and issue resolution, while proactively engaging with customers to build strong relationships
Maintains productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by fostering collaboration and developing mutually beneficial partnerships with suppliers
