Job Description

Manage corporate medical aid schemes and client portfolios on a daily basis.
Process monthly membership additions, changes, and terminations accurately.
Help members investigate and resolve complex claims and billing queries.
Keep all client records updated on the internal administrative system.
Build and maintain good relationships with major South African medical schemes.
Organize and conduct regular wellness days and plan presentations for clients.
Prepare helpful monthly service and utilization reports for the management team.
Work closely with regulatory frameworks to ensure full operational compliance.

What You Need to Apply

Appropriate regulatory qualifications required for the South African healthcare sector.
A valid Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) certificate and full FAIS credits.
At least five years of experience in medical aid administration.
Good knowledge of South African medical schemes and gap cover products.
Strong communication skills to assist corporate clients and team members.
A positive, helpful attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
