POSITION INFO:
BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION:To carry out timeous and quality planned, preventative and emergency maintenance on specified Air-conditioning and Water Reticulation units to give effect to the business maintenance strategy and Client service standards
1 Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client and Company requirements
2 Install & commission air-conditioning and water reticulation equipment in accordance to specification
3 Conduct maintenance on air-conditioning & water reticulation equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification
4 Perform inspection of facility, air-conditioning equipment on site, identify areas of risk and report back for rectification
5 Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA and job plans
6 Ensure quality of work and timeous completion of all field request
7 Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor & Client on restoration of operations
Education and Experience:
Tertiary Education: N3 - N6 in Mechanical Engineering
Professional Registration/Trade: Trade-Test in HVAC (Air-conditioning & Refrigeration), Additional Trade-Test in Electrical advantageous
Matric (Senior Certificate)
SA Driver’s License
5 – 8 yrs relevant experience in air-conditioning equipment maintenance field & digital control systems, min 3yrs experience in Maintenance of air-conditioning equipment & water reticulation systems
MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP Knowledge
Statutory Requirements Knowledge of OHS Act
Remuneration – R330 000 - R360 000 TCTC
