POSITION INFO:

I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fund Accountant to join a growing and reputable financial services company based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be results orientated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment, along with strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage the outsource fund administrator in terms of service agreements
Review fund closing workings and income calculations
Review and finalise; NAV workings/distribution waterfall per Fund and Capital account statement and ad hoc investor reports
Review and finalization of reporting packs and annual financial statements
VAT/Corporate Tax compliance
Manage external audit
Assist with annual budget preparation

Requirements:

CA(SA)
Previous experience within financial services
