POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting foreclosure-related legal documents, including affidavits, summonses, Section 129 notices, warrants of attachment, notices and conditions of sale.
• Preparing and compiling Rule 46A applications and managing default judgment processes.
• Managing CaseLines/Court Online uploads and ensuring matters are set down correctly.
• Preparing complete sales in execution packs and handling reserve price applications.
• Administering post-judgment processes such as warrants, attachments, and sales.
• Ensuring compliance with foreclosure-specific court practice directives.
• Running foreclosure files independently, identifying missing steps proactively, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Liaising with attorneys, courts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of matters.
• Compiling reports and maintaining accurate records of foreclosure portfolios.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreclosure Secretary (senior level).
• Proven ability to handle the full foreclosure process/portfolio independently.
• Experience with foreclosure matters across different banks (specific bank exposure beneficial but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Rule 46A applications, default judgment processes, and foreclosure-specific court directives.
• Proficiency in CaseLines/Court Online and foreclosure-related systems.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Working proficiency in legal systems such as CACS / SB Legal / CLF Legal (essential).
• Experience with Ghost Practice or Lexpro (advantageous but not mandatory).
