As Senior Accountant, you'll take ownership of the full finance function while leading a team of direct reports, ensuring that the financial foundations are just as strong as the structures being built.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and developing a team of finance professionals, ensuring deadlines are met and high performance is maintained.
Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports in accordance with IFRS and JSE reporting requirements.
Taking ownership of the full finance function, including month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Partnering with operational stakeholders to monitor project performance, budgets, and profitability across the business.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree essential
Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 2 years leading and developing a finance team
Construction industry experience essential
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team
Strong ERP systems exposure coupled with advanced Excel skills
