POSITION INFO:
My client has grown into a significant mining services provider in South Africa, building its reputation over decades through sustained operational delivery and expansion. The company traces its roots back more than 25 years, establishing itself early on in both underground and surface mining, as well as materials handling.

In this role, you’ll work where numbers meet operations, taking ownership of core financial cycles and supporting decisions that keep the business moving.

Duties

Month-end and year-end reporting
Provide management commentary and financial analysis
Supervise reconciliations, accruals, and complex transactions
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assist with annual audits
Oversee junior accountants

Skills & Experience:

BCom Accounting
Minimum 5+ years’ accounting experience
Previous Mining exposure is highly advantageous
