In these roles, professionals typically manage statutory reporting, audit preparation, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis, often contributing directly to the success of complex investment portfolios or funds.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting, Finance, or a related qualification (Completed SAIPA, CIMA, or Honours advantageous)
• 4–6 years of financial accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong understanding of IFRS, Companies Act, and financial reporting principles
• Experience in asset management, investment companies, or financial services preferred
• Proficiency in financial systems such as CaseWare, Sage, SAP, or similar
• Strong Excel and analytical reporting skills
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident in stakeholder engagement
