Senior Facility Engineer

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

1. Organize the establishment and improvement of the company''s fixed asset management, and coordinate the daily management of the factory''s fixed assets.

2. Organize the establishment and improvement of company energy management, and coordinate the daily management of factory energy, including statistical analysis of energy consumption, energy measurement and accounting.

3.Organize the establishment and improvement of company equipment management, and coordinate the inspection and review of plant equipment and spare parts management.

4. Organize the formulation and implementation of plans for the renovation of buildings, power facilities, and energy-saving projects related to layout adjustments in the factory.

5. Track the quality, cost and schedule of infrastructure and power project construction, and give guiding suggestions.

6. Organize regular inspections of buildings and power facilities, prepare maintenance plans, and follow up and implement them.

7. Experience curing and personnel guidance:
Complete the experience consolidation and internal sharing of this position sequence; be responsible for the teaching of the beginning/intermediate personnel of this position sequence; standardize and update the relevant procedure documents and processes of this position.
