SUMMARY:
Senior Employee Benefits Administrator wanted in CAPE TOWN AND DURBAN

POSITION INFO:

Purpose: To provide full administrative functions for Admin Department and to administer a portfolio of funds.

KPAs / Key outputs ï‚· Full admin responsibility for a portfolio / Assist the team and workflow management / Monthly update reconciliations & year-end reports ï‚· Process Death, Disability Claim, Retirements, cheque releasing, Benefit statements / Dealing with client queries and attend meetings ï‚· To oversee administration queries Qualifications and Experience ï‚· Matric and/or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement funds (COP) ï‚· 3 years’ experience in similar or work related position with good knowledge of Employee Benefits ï‚· Computer literacy – Advanced Office ï‚· Good understanding of Administration systems (Everest will be advantage) Skills & Behavioural attributes ï‚· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy ï‚· Ability to work under pressure ï‚· Self-starter & excellent organising skills ï‚· Good verbal, written and communications skills ï‚· Committed and reliable with integrity ï‚· Telephone etiquette and client liaison PLEASE INDICATE THE POSITION YOU APPLYING FOR.
