POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical maintenance and fault-finding on plant equipment
• Ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and uptime
• Supervise and support junior artisans on-site
• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Assist with breakdowns and root cause analysis
• Maintain compliance with electrical standards and procedures

📢 Requirements:

•  Trade Tested Electrician (non-negotiable)

• Proven experience in a similar industrial / plant environment

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Experience mentoring or supervising junior artisans

• Solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards

• Willingness to train, coach, and develop junior team members
