What you’ll be doing

Managing a portfolio of major retail accounts and driving collections
Performing detailed reconciliations on high-volume, complex accounts
Investigating and resolving claims, deductions, and short payments
Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
Using Syspro 8 daily for processing, reporting, and account management
Preparing age analysis and cash flow reports for management

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in credit control within the retail sector
Strong Syspro 8 experience (non-negotiable)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables; macros advantageous)
Ability to manage large data sets and complex reconciliations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
