Cash flow/cash management
Balance Sheet
Sundry credit notes and invoices
Journals
Daily back Up’s
SCO Maintenance
GL Recons
Review credit applications and sign
Review creditors and sign
WIP Summary
Update standard journals
Debtors age analysis report
Monthly cash flow summary
Interest per month
Processing SAL / Wages per month
Transferring entries between branches
Analysis income statement
Month end closure of gen ledger
Month end creditors payments to be loaded
Debit orders for collection to be done
Stationery splits to be done
Telephone recoveries to be processed
Stock/facility reports
Outstanding order reports
Sales analysis quarterly
Record keeping on board papers
