SUMMARY:
A large manufacturing organisation based out of Germany is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant to take up the role of Finance Manager

POSITION INFO:

Requirements: 

• Bcom Finance/ National diploma 
• Min 5 years in the manufacturing environment 
• Min 5 Years as a Senior Bookkeeper/ Accountant 
• Loading of BOM''s (Bill of Materials) on Pastel Partner
• Pastel Partner is essential 

Duties: 

Bookkeeper/ Finance Manager

• Full Financial function.
• Monthly close process.
• Monthly management accounts.
• Monthly reporting.
• Stock management.  Stock take.
• Manufacturing + Bill of Materials.
• Full AP and AR function.
• VAT, EMP201, EMP501.
• HR & Payroll.
• Full Audit prep and facilitation.
• COID submission and LOGS
• VAT reconciliation + IT14SD
• Fixed Asset Register + Depreciation
• Cash flow + Forecasting
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Forex + International payments
• Fleet Accounts + Vehicle licensing
• Travel Arrangements & Bookings
• Loading of BOM''s (Bill of Materials) on the pastel partner system
