SUMMARY:
Are you a meticulous accounting professional with strong financial acumen?

POSITION INFO:

Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting functions.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for review by senior management.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads (Sales and Operations) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risk.
Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.
Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
