Senior AML and KYC Administrator

SUMMARY:
Leading Investment company seeks a skilled and experienced Senior AML and KYC Administrator.

POSITION INFO:
This is a stand-alone position, reporting to the executive.

The candidate must have a completed degree as well as further AML / KYC certification and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
 
Duties will include:

• Responding to requests for information when the companies in the group are either being onboarded or reviewed by the banks;
• Responding to requests when portfolio companies enter into transactions where the company, as a significant shareholder is reviewed as part of a bigger KYC Customer Due Diligence process;
• Dealing with different jurisdictions and their relevant legislation and regulations, which results in requests for different types of documentation and information;
• Responding to requests for information dealing with lawyers, trusts etc
• Compiling information required to submit beneficial ownership filings with the CIPC and other regulators.
• Ongoing reporting and improving of processes.
