Absolute Essentials for the role

• Experience in sales in the vegetables seeds sector with good market knowledge
• A degree and/or very good knowledge in agronomy
• Ability to manage sales and expenses budgets and set sales actions
• Good relation skills to communicate, persuade and enforce sales and promotion.
• Fluency in English

Sales Activities:

• Create and manage territory customer accounts; establish and maintain regular contact with customers and key influencers to obtain product performance feedback.
• Develop and implement product/distributor/dealer support programs for territory.
• Communicate with internal and external customers (importers/distributors, retailers, agricultural consultants, and key growers) to accomplish territory objectives
• Coordinate and achieve sales forecast and budgets
• Regarding the conditions, establish the trials and organize the application for the variety registration.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Market Knowledge:

• Coordinate knowledge transfer between growers, partners, customers and management
• Manage the product and sale development by supervising the trials in the respective region and providing final report
• Analyse and report regularly about market trends, economic developments and sales
• Organize and participate to relevant sales’ meetings, exhibitions and organize “field days”
• Develop specific internal marketing tools
• Present, promote and sell the products to existing and potential importers and distributors partners
