Job Title: Analyst - Investigations and CCTV reporting
Report to: Manager
Seniority Level: Mid Career (Above 4 yrs exp)
Region: Western Cape
Type: Permanent
Qualification: Grade 12 and a formal qualification in a related field, English written skills above average

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role supports the organisation in identifying and investigating incidents that may affect security, safety, compliance, or operational integrity.
The role focuses on incident-based investigation rather than continuous surveillance.
Experience working with CCTV systems or security monitoring platforms. and many times alone.
Experience in investigations, security operations, loss prevention, or risk management is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review large volumes of video footage.
Ability to document findings clearly and objectively.
Liaise with Security, SAP, HR and Line Managers.
Understanding of confidentiality and evidence handling.
