SUMMARY:
A Property agency in Centurion is looking for a Sectional Title Administrator to join their team. The perfect candidate would have a passion for properties as well as experience in Sectional Title Management.

Requirements:

Matric and tertiary qualification would be beneficial
Experience in Sectional Title Management/ Property Management is essential
WeConnectU system work experience is beneficial
Excellent administrative and communication skills are essential
Valid license and own transport
Ability to work in a highly stressful environment with a high volume of documentation and information
Will be require to focus on multiple tasks at the same time

POSITION INFO:
Duties include but not limited to:

Assistance to Portfolio Manager on a daily basis with administration and management of the schemes
Addressing e-mails on a daily basis
Addressing letters of complaint
Dealing with trustees and owners of sectional title schemes
Ensure Compliance with all documentation, process and procedures forÂ SARS, FICA, POPI & PAIA
Attending to banking and management of supplier invoicing
Preparing of Audit packs for portfolio
Updating of bank statements on Pastel
Attending AGMâs with Portfolio Manager, taking minutes of meeting, typing of minutes
Attendance to AGMâs after hours / via teams or at the venue
Insurance claims
Daily control of checklists
Day to day project maintenance and daily interaction with suppliers and contractors
Uploading of water & sanitation fees on Excel spreadsheet, transfer to CSV file, and uploading to Pastel file
Preparation of payment of invoices from contractors, garden services, COT etc.
CSOS annual returns
