SUMMARY:
Assist a busy Practice with your excellent organisational and Secretarial skills, joining a small dynamic team in Cape Town city centre.

POSITION INFO:

Great opportunity if you are a highly-organised Secretary, who enjoys taking the lead and be the go-to person in the office. Assist with all administration duties and assisting the clients, creating a WOW experience within this professional space. This is a Monday to Friday, office based position, working hours from 08h00 - 17h00.

This position will have a hand-over period.

Requirements:

Matric with a secretarial or relevant qualification
Computer literate - strong EXCEL skills
Attention to detail important
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional at all times
Team Player

Duties:

New and existing client liaison
Booking of meetings
Excellent telephonic manner with clients
Meet and Greet clients
Manage Diary
Email correspondence through out the day
Bookings of various venues
All administration relevant to bookings
Upkeep of files
Excel spreadsheets
Office procurement
Stock list and ensuring stock is maintained - stock control
Liaise with bookkeeper
Banking - credit card payments
Invoicing
Travel arrangements
Responsible for congress arrangements
Liaising with maitenance and other contractors
General administration and organisation of office
