What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the full recruitment cycle, from brief to offer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven 360 recruitment experience, with a strong focus on business development and consistent billing performance.
• Demonstrable tenure at previous recruitment firms (no job-hoppers).
• Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, client engagement, and candidate management.
• Expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong commercial acumen and closing ability.
• A self-driven professional with the confidence to operate independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
