POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Supervise scaffolding teams on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Plan and allocate daily tasks to Chargehands, Fixers, and Rope Access teams.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Inspect completed scaffolding structures to ensure stability and compliance.
Maintain progress reports and communicate with site management.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in scaffolding supervision.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessments, and rigging principles.
Ability to lead teams and manage deadlines.
Clear criminal record & medically fit for duty.
