Sample Clerk

SUMMARY:
My client based in Cato Ridge is looking for an experienced Sample Clerk

POSITION INFO:

• Print location sheets  for the cold room clerk to pull samples.
• Prepare necessary documents for the inspector
• Update import register
• Update container results
• Update clients with what is released and what’s going as samples.
• Work with releases and updating the client, container results and import register
• QM’s
• Tail board inspection, NRCS inspections, Port Heath inspection, plant & seed inspection, inspection for  Namibian  trucks
• Handing over samples to different labs signing of the document and the import register
• Preparing the gate pass
• Handling of dumping
• Handle all the queries that clients send with regards to sampling
• Assisting the inspectors with any queries that they have
• Filing of all the document
• Water sampling and swab testing
• Making booking for all the other inspections
• Update the labs about samples
• Removing from IVET
• Must have SAP and Advanced excel
