Salesperson / Floor Supervisor (Engineered Wood Products)

SUMMARY:
Our client, specialising in the supply and distribution of high-quality engineered wood products, is looking for a Salesperson / Floor Supervisor to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Salesperson / Floor Supervisor
Location: Kempton park
Salary: Market-related and negotiable, based on the candidate’s existing customer relationships, product knowledge, and proven business development potential.
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
 
 
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in wood or similar.
• Knowledge of engineered wood products.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Proven business development ability.

• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Able to train and supervise floor staff.

• Supervise daily floor sales operations.
• Assist customers with product selection and application.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure display and stock accuracy.
• Drive sales performance to meet targets.
