SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join their team, based fully in-office in Bedfordview. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys both the technical development and functional administration side of Salesforce.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and data integrity
Develop and customise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools
Build workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure optimal performance
Maintain clear documentation and support continuous system improvements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles
Experience with integrations and API development
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Advantageous:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator or Platform Developer I)
Experience in a fast-paced or enterprise environment
Exposure to Agile methodologies
