SUMMARY:
Sales support administrator

POSITION INFO:

Liaise with all customers, telephonically and in person
Assist with all stock queries
Assist with walk in customers
Assist transporters when arriving to load trucks
Raising of invoices - customers, internal , staff purchases
Stock transfers for inter-compnay-from begging to end
Controal and follow up on all delivery notes, keep schedule updated
Control and follow up on all credit notes, keep schedule updated
Donation request - BEEEE from begging to end
