A market leading company in manufacturing and supplying traffic control solutions for more than thirty-eight years, is looking for a top class go -getter Sales and Operations manager in Centurion

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Degree in marketing
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales
Must be able to analysis figures and table a profession presentation
Proof of training courses (Sales, etc) certificates
Excellent communication and leadership skills ‘

Duties include but not limited to:

Leading sales representatives and motivate them to reach their target
Liaising with Telemarketing manager and marketing team
Must be able to multi-function (handle operations in other matters, regarding to sales)

Manage sales targets
Quality control
Ensure adherence to SLA’s
Managing team schedules

Salary R40000 pm depending on experience, commission as well
