POSITION INFO:

As a small, close-knit team, they pride themselves on being agile, collaborative, and committed to excellence. Every team member plays a vital role in the success of the business, and customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything they do.

Requirements:

1–3 years experience in a coordination, inside sales, admin, or customer-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets / Excel — not beginner level
Comfortable learning new systems quickly (Cin7, Monday.com, Shopify — training provided)
High attention to detail — data accuracy is non-negotiable in this role
Own reliable transport and valid driver''s licence
Based in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs — this is a fully on-site role
