Sales and Service Technician
Johannesburg South
R 200k – R 250k per annum this excludes bonuses, commissions, company phone and laptop, but includes a travel allowance of 6800, medical and pension

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Sales and Service Technician, who will spend 80% of his time in the customer service arena and 20% of his time in the sales area
NRCS approved PLIERS certification - This is an essential requirement
Own Vehicle - Essential
More than 5 years working experience
Knowledge of retail scales
Sales Diploma or Electrical Trade Red Seal or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or IT Network certification or Qualified Verification office
Willing to work overtime from time to time
Update the relevant policies and procedures
Sales of product offering, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables
Marketing the company’s products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and give demonstrations
Maintain existing customer relations
Provide services to our customers, including installations, verifications, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products
