Sales and Operations Support Administrator

SUMMARY:
A fast-paced FMCG company is looking for a Sales & Operations Support Administrator who is confident working across multiple functions including sales, operations, and finance. While the role is split across support functions, it has a strong focus on debtors and financial administration. If you have excellent attention to detail, can handle pressure, and are comfortable processing orders while managing accounts, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

POSITION INFO:

Process and manage customer sales orders with accuracy and urgency
Update and maintain ERP/CRM system master data
Liaise with internal sales teams and customers on order, pricing, and availability queries
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Prepare invoices and credit notes; manage account reconciliations
Follow up on outstanding payments and generate debtor aging reports
Process and track claims related to deliveries, pricing, or product discrepancies
Book and coordinate outbound deliveries; liaise with logistics providers and warehouses
Prepare shipping documentation and monitor delivery performance
Assist with financial reporting and month-end tasks

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or sales/operations support
Working knowledge of accounts receivable and debtor reconciliation
Familiarity with logistics and transport coordination (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Prior experience using ERP/CRM systems (Sage Evolution preferred)
Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Qualification:
Matric / National Senior Certificate (essential)
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or related field
On-the-job training will be provided
