Sales and Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop, implement and manage the Departmental Strategy for long term sustainability and growth
• Supervision and development of Regional Sales Staff
• Development and implementation of marketing strategy
• Ensure and implement that the necessary Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems that minimises the risk of injury to persons, damage to property and harm to the environment, by ensuring compliance to South African Legislation, OSHACT and company standards
• Establish and maintain a full, capable and functional staff compliment
• Conduct and manage sales to key customers within region
• Reporting on and delivery of budgetary requirements
• Provide Customer Liaison
• Monitor and oversee Sales Team and ensure allocated targets are achieved
• Ensure Customer Credit terms / limits are well controlled
• Provide General office and staff supervisory support

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Sales /Marketing Degree
• 3 years’ experience
• Valid driver’s license, willing to travel away from home and must have a good credit record
• Valid passport
