Sales and Marketing Lead

This position reports directly to the SA Country Manager
Portfolio includes Oncology, Immunology and Inflammation
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of diverse commercial experience is required to lead high performing teams
Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred 
Profit and loss management with strong financial acumen
You will be accountable for the delivery of the full P&L of single or multiple categories 
Lead and coach the sales team to implement business strategies / tactics to achieve revenue targets
Leads and collaborate with the marketing team 
This position has 5 direct reports
Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, values and global guidelines as appropriate
Set strategic long-term vision for the category
Obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in and colleague engagement
Develop strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue
Drives execution of campaigns, PoAs, tactics and customer plans
Optimizes the profitability of the category by making active trade-off and resource allocation decisions
Lead and coach a high performing team and develop colleagues in line with the competency models
Review, design and monitor the effectiveness of the Sales Team through KPIs
Key member of the country or cluster leadership team Contribute to the overall success of the company
