Sales Trainer

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in KPO/BPO environments to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume, target-driven sales operations and a proven ability to enhance sales performance through structured training, coaching, and performance interventions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
· Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
· Facilitate onboarding programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and compliance
· Conduct ongoing coaching, call listening, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps
· Develop training materials including playbooks, scripts, e-learning modules, and assessments
· Partner with sales leadership to align training with business targets, KPIs, and campaign requirements
· Monitor and report on training effectiveness, including conversion rates, quality scores, and revenue impact
· Lead refresher training sessions and upskilling initiatives for underperforming teams
· Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices within BPO/KPO sales environments
· Support the implementation of quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
 
Key Requirements
· Proven experience as a Sales Trainer within a KPO or BPO environment
· Strong understanding of high-volume sales operations, including inbound/outbound campaigns
· Demonstrated success in improving sales metrics and team performance
· Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
· Experience with LMS platforms, call monitoring tools, and CRM systems
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
 
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
· Certification in training, coaching, or sales methodologies
· Experience working with international clients or cross-border sales teams
· Exposure to digital sales channels and omnichannel environments
