Sales Support Coordinator

SUMMARY:
A manufacturing company in the east rand is looking to employ a Sales Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION                                       

• Vehicle order and stock management (TDS system operation, communicating with dealers           
• Vehicle invoice management (check invoice instruction, record invoice information, TDS system operation)                          
• Assist with month end figures and spreadsheets when necessary.                             
• Management of floorplan accounts and interest.                              
• Assist in any sales administrative work                   
• Liaise with the dealers and the sales person for invoicing                               
• Management of outsourced supplier payments                
• Create Monthly sales report                       
• Assist in applications of the required export documents                
• Assist in managing the imports and export paperwork                    
• Introduce vehicle into E-Natis system and Release                           
• Assist in filling of Enatis documents                     

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS                                       

• At least 1 - 3 Years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales                           
• At least 1 - 3 Years’ as seles administrator                            
• Khowledge of Automate, system and CRM                           
• A team player with high level of dedication                         

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS                                     

• Grade 12 with accounting and Maths                     
• Any relevant qualification (Sales)                             
• Computer literate MS Excel , word, etc
