SUMMARY:
Customer Service Representative position for company situated in Midrand.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible to provide exceptional customer support and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. To serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries related to pricing, technical information, logistics, and order processing.

- Internal Sales

- Customer Query Resolution

- Customer Order Processing

- Assistance to sales team

- Documentation & Record-keeping

- Switchboard Relief

- Policies & Procedures

Requirements:

- Matric

- Experience in customer service, sales support, sales admin or related

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Computer literate - MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Lighting / LED technical product information / knowledge
