SUMMARY:
Our client in the agricultural production sector, has an opportunity available for a Sales Support Administrator to be based in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent
2 - 4 years in a similar role preferably in the retail/food service/hospitality industries
Overtime may be required on occasion
Travel is required
Able to work in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with sales industry software like salesforce and client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices
Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements
Drivers Licence

Duties:

Scheduling appointments for the sales department, merchandising teams, suppliers, and customers
Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records
Keeping track of the sales team's sales and promotional arrangements with customers
Assists with preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements
Performing simple research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches
Occasionally visit stores to assist with stock counts when required
