JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in George is looking to employ a Sales Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s license.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Minimum 4 years sales experience.
  • Building Industry knowledge.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise sales team:

  • Staff management.
  • Manage sales targets for each salesperson.
  • Oversee general sales counter and manage the contractor’s counter.

Grow sales:

  • Grow Contractor sales.
  • Build, manage and maintain key customer accounts.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Identify potential customers and provide quotations.
  • Continuously work on improving the customer experience.

Stock management:

  • Assist with stock ordering procedures.
