With a strong national footprint and a solid reputation for reliability, product expertise, and technical service, they are now seeking a highly capable Sales Representative to oversee one of their key retail branches based in Pinetown

POSITION INFO:
The successful person will be a Technical Sales Representative to join the team and help expand their client base while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Offer exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Maintain a solid understanding of products/services to effectively present their benefits and features.
• Track sales activities and performance using CRM software.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attitude: A self-starter with a proactive mindset, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for delivering results. A team player.
• Relationship-Building: Excellent at establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of clients efficiently.
• Requirements: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Experience in rubber industry (will be beneficial but not compulsory).
• Based in Durban/Pinetown and surrounds.
