Qualifications / Requirements:

• Tertiary Sales and Marketing Diploma / Degree highly advantageous
• Matric Certificate, essential
• Minimum of 5 years experience within the petroleum industry / external sales experience
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Relationship management skills
• Strategy and project management skills
• Willing to work under pressure and achieve and drive targets
• Availability to travel extensively
• Communicate clearly
• Solid customer service attitude and excellent negotiation skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Facilitate achievement of targets
• Handling changes in strategic direction, structures, and operating models in order to ensure transparent communication and effective operation within the region
• Identify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market
• Prepare monthly and quarterly annual forecasts
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Accountability for GP margins and targets
