Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Proven track record in technical/industrial sales (minimum 1–3 years)
• Deep technical knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drives
• Education in Fluid Power, Hydraulics, or Hydrostatics
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
• Valid driver’s license and passport

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Ability to engage and support OEMs, distributors, and engineering clients
• Skilled in cost analysis, CRM use, reporting, and project coordination
• Able to work with internal teams across departments, locally and abroad
• Comfortable with extended work hours and emergency call-outs when required
• Soft skills: strong communication, leadership, decision-making, client management, and business awareness
