Sales Representative - FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care

This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, growing existing accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, increasing market penetration, and driving sustainable revenue growth within an allocated territory.
 
Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Grow market share and increase territory penetration.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct customer negotiations and execute promotional initiatives.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
• Effectively manage trade investment and support customer growth plans.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.

• 3–5 years' sales experience within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sound commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
